Fitness

1-ON-1 TRAINING

IN PERSON

You have a goal, we have a personalized plan to get you there. Your trainer will be with you and by your side for every rep during your workout. Regardless if you train  2 days a week or 5 days.

VIRTUAL

We offer virtual training too so that  your fitness goals can be accessible and achievable - whether you can make it to our facility or not. From print-out daily workout plans to video check-ins, your trainer is right there with you.

GROUP TRAINING CLASSES 

H.O.A. (Heart of An Athlete) a class option that runs in the summer and off season of school regardless of sport.

We offer group fitness classes that meet whatever needs you have  on weekdays and weekends. 

ASHLEY'S HEAT

Invented by QFT trainer Ashley Cross, ASHLEY'S HEAT is a high-intensity 12-week group fitness class designed to challenge and transform. Measuring you at week 6 and again during week 12. No hype, just results that you earn. 

F.L.A.M.E.S. BY BRANIKA

Ignite the fire within you with F.L.A.M.E.S. led by Branika Hardin. High energy and intense, this class was designed for "F"at "L"oss while "A"chieving "M"uscle "E"ndurance and "S"trength. If you have what it takes let's burn calories together. 

G.R.O.U.P CONDUCTED BY TREMAYNE

"G"etting "R"id "O"f "U"nwanted "P"ounds is structured to help you work up a sweat and get those muscles moving. This class was designed to tackle the full body while also increasing the intensity each week. Not the typical class setup or routine. You won't know what to expect but you'll leave satisfied.
