Cardio Training is Key

Updated: Nov 19, 2019

Keeping your heart rate elevated for 20-30 min at a time can help you shed body fat and get you to your desired health goals much quicker than diet alone. But what else should you expect from performing cardio and how do you motivate yourself to begin cardio training regularly?!

Cardio isn't that hard! It may take you a few weeks of walking / light jogging to be able to build your way up to longer and more consistent cardio workouts.

“I used to quiver at the thought of going for a mile jog!"

But once you acclimate yourself to working out and building muscle stamina and lung capacity, it really becomes a pleasurable and rewarding thing. Not only does it improve your physical health to do cardio 20-30 min per day, it releases endorphins that will actually make you feel in a better mood.
